Delete your Grid Domination account

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the game or request deletion here if you cannot access it.

Delete in the game

1. Open Grid Domination and sign in.
2. Open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm with your password or linked sign-in service.

Request deletion without the game

Email the Grid Domination support team with your account handle. We will guide you through a secure ownership check and process the deletion request. Never send your password or recovery codes by email.

If your email app does not open, write to shishov265@gmail.com with the subject “Grid Domination account deletion request”.

What is deleted

We remove the account handle, display name, sign-in credentials, sessions, linked identities, ratings, statistics, achievements, blocks and account links from match records. Any stored ranked fraud fingerprints for the account are removed. Sign in with Apple tokens are revoked. Anonymous match results may remain without an account link to preserve match integrity. Deletion cannot be undone.

Guests have no account to delete. Clear browser site data or uninstall the app to remove local guest data.
